All our Asset Managers will be paid a monthly stipend arrived and calculated on the basis of their IFI Reward Points accumulated through their membership in various clubs as found below.
Details of stipend and KRAs for each club are as under
Details of Fixed Monthly Stipend
IFI reward points accumulated during a month will be converted into cash @ the rate of Re.1 for every IFI RP Credit accumulated.
Credit of the above monthly reward points are given in proportion to their achievement of the above monthly KRAs in each club.
Any over or under achievement of KRA will make the difference in the calculation of the monthly IFI reward points
Additional benefits
In addition to the above stipend Asset Managers are also eligible for additional benefits as detailed below
